My name is Steve Holmes and I founded SJH Business Developments in 2017, though I bought my first Buy To Let property back in 1999. An eCommerce and Digital Marketing professional for 14yrs, I have steadily grown my property interests.

We offer a property management service for existing HMO landlords to remove the hassle of managing tenants and associated responsibilities. Myself and my team take over the running of your HMO property, including light refurbishment, emergency equipment servicing, finding and managing tenants as well as collecting rent. We will do all of this, whilst providing you with a guaranteed, agreed fee every month, whether the HMO property is occupied or not. If you are not in a position to sell, but want to remove the 'hassle factor' this may be the perfect option for you.

We can offer investors the opportunity to invest in future projects. Investors can expect to receive a fixed 10% AER / Gross Interest per Annum. Investors have a range of options available with typical terms of 24 months and a minimum investment of £10,000.
This return compares very favourably with the Bank of England Base Rate of 4%.
Alternatively, we also Joint Venture on purchasing, refurbishing and renting out HMO properties on a managed basis. With typical returns of 17%-20% net rental yield, these are one of our most popular JV arrangements.
